How do I cancel an order?

Cancellation of Orders
Provided your items have not been shipped, if approved by management, you may cancel an order - however a 20% cancellation fee will apply.
To Cancel an order, submit a questions/ticket via this support system to make the request including the reason and we will respond ASAP.
