 Claims for Missing Items


Before submitting a ticket on our help desk for missing items in a delivery, please check all boxes / packages that you received as we combine smaller items into boxes of larger items to reduce our customers delivery costs.


If after checking all boxes thoroughly you are still missing something, go ahead and submit a ticket with all your details so we can investigate including checking our warehouse video and get it resolved for you ASAP.
