Solution

For us to submit a warranty claim to the manufacturer, they require the following:

1.    A copy of the proof of purchase.
2.    A photo of the serial number on the item (usually located on the inside of the battery cover)
3.    A short video showing the issue that you are experiencing.

Please provide this information when you submit a ticket so that we can get this resolved for you ASAP without unnecessary back and forth communication for you.
