All of our courier services have it covered if you are not at home at the time that they attempt to Deliver.
Items sent by Australia Post eParcel (small items) will be left at your local post office and the driver will leave a card in your letterbox advising you of this.
Items sent by Direct Freight Express (most furniture items.) We make a request of the driver to call you 24 hours prior to delivery to organise a delivery time that you will be home (this is not a guarantee but it happens 9 times out of 10). In the event that the receiver is not home, the driver will leave a card with a phone number on it and return the consignment to the nearest depot to be held in safe keeping. The Driver will redeliver it ONCE at no additional cost after you call them to organise a time/date with them.
Do Not miss the attempt to deliver a second time as further charges will apply.
We do not refund if you are unavailable for delivery.
