The knowledgebase is a categorized collection of answers to frequently asked questions (FAQ) and articles. You can read articles in this category or select a subcategory that you are interested in.
We usually despatch orders the same day we receive them providing that the item is in stock and the order is received before 4pm. This excludes large items such as Baby Furniture.
If your items are being dispatched by Direct Freight Express or Couriers Please or Australia Post eParcel, then you will receive an email from them the day of dispatch with an ETA and the tracking information directly from their system which will enable you to see where your goods are at any point in time using their on-line system.
If you would like an ETA on an item which is out of stock, you can submit a ticket using this system and we will respond accordingly advising you what the ETA is from the Manufacturer / Australian Distributor. When you log a support ticket - you MUST include your FULL NAME YOU USED WHEN YOU PLACED YOUR ORDER, ORDER DATE, and the PRODUCT YOU ORDERED. We will respond to you quickly.
