If the product has been damaged during transit - do not sign for them when you receive them without checking the product. Transit insurance companies require you to check your items prior to signing that you received them in good working order and condition.
When you sign for goods received there is usually print which you are agreeing that they are in good condition and working order.
Always check that they are in good working order and there is no damage before signing for them.
If you suspect damage, you can add a comment that they are damaged when you sign for the goods so that you can take advantage of our free transit insurance we offer you or you can refuse the delivery.
In the event that goods have been damaged in transit, you must advise us immediately by submiting a ticket, do not dispose of original packaging, attach photo's of the damage to your support request straight away so that the process can be started fast for you. Refund or repair is at the discretion of the transit insurance.
